Day 1: Fly to Murchison Falls National Park – Top of the Falls, Boat Safari & Game Drive

Your safari begins with a morning flight from Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi Airfield to an airstrip in Murchison Falls National Park. Upon arrival, you will be received by your guide and transferred into the park.

You will first visit the top of Murchison Falls, where you can witness the incredible sight of the Victoria Nile squeezing through a narrow gorge before plunging down in a powerful cascade. This viewpoint offers spectacular scenery and great photographic opportunities.

Later in the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the Victoria Nile heading toward the base of the falls. The riverbanks are rich in wildlife, and you may see hippos, crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, and many bird species.

In the evening, proceed for a game drive across the savannah plains in search of wildlife such as lions, giraffes, elephants, and antelopes before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive – Fly Back

Begin the day with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park when wildlife is most active. This is a great opportunity to spot animals such as elephants, giraffes, buffalo, antelopes, and possibly predators like lions or leopards.

After the game drive, return to the lodge for breakfast before transferring to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Entebbe International Airport, marking the end of your memorable fly-in safari experience.
